He serves as a trusted legal counsel to a diverse range of clients, from corporate entities to non-profits and individuals, guiding and representing them through their most challenging legal issues with confidence and clarity, both in and out of the courtroom.
Surojit’s expertise encompasses a wide range of legal issues, such as corporate governance, regulatory investigations, conflict resolutions, compliance, and litigation, and his practical insight and ability to navigate complex legal landscapes and deliver tailored solutions has earned him a reputation for excellence and reliability.
In addition to leading Veritas Law Firm, P.C., Surojit serves as outside general counsel to several entities, both for-profit and not-for-profit, providing valuable legal insight and strategic advice to help them mitigate risks, maintain regulatory compliance, and achieve long-term success.
Prior to establishing the law firm, Surojit held significant academic and legal positions, including serving as Dean and Professor at Olivet Business School and as General Counsel for Olivet University. His diverse experience also extends to the corporate sector, where he served as a Compliance Manager for Tech Times LLC, a digital media publisher.
A graduate of Columbia Law School, Surojit is licensed to practice in New York, USA, and in India, offering a cross-jurisdictional perspective that is particularly valuable in international legal matters.
